Buenos dias, el texto que quisiera traducir es un trozo de un contracto de arrendamiento financiero (en francès, un contrat de crédit-bail), entonces es vocabulario juridico.
Me parecia que "a expensas de" significaba "aux dépens de", mais alors je ne comprends plus.
